General Rules

1. The decision of the jury will be final and binding for all events.

2. Any or all of the rules are subject to change at any time.

3. The College identity card must be produced at the time of registration.

4. Students from different colleges may mix and match to form a team for the group events. However, in the HUNT FOR FUN event, at least one group member should be from HETC.

5. The registered participants will receive a participation certificate, welcome kit and refreshments.

6. Participants are responsible for their projects and related accessories.

7. Using unfair means like approach to judges etc. will lead to disqualification.

8. No obscene/vulgar statements/gestures are tolerable under any circumstances and will undoubtedly lead to the disqualification of the entire team.

9. Any damage to the institute property or any other indiscipline is not tolerable. Strict disciplinary action will be initiated against the defaulter(s) as per the institutes' rules.

10. A particular event will be cancelled if the number of participating candidates/ groups is less than five.

11. The organising committee will not provide T.A. and accommodation facilities.

Registrations

1. The registration fee for each candidate is Rs.100/-. Every group member will have to register individually in case of group events. One-time registration with Rs. 100/- will allow a candidate to participate in all the events except INSTANT CRICKET, BRIDGE THE GAP, 8 BALL POOL, HUNT FOR FUN, E-CARROM, NFS, CHESS & COUNTER STRIKE.

2. Students may register themselves online from 10th March to 15th March by transferring a fund of Rs. 100/- to the account number with the following details:

3. The transaction id (screen shot/downloaded receipt) of the payment is to be sent to techetc@hetc.ac.in as an attachment. DO NOT FORGET to mention- Participant name, College Name, Year and Mobile No. in the mail body. It is mandatory to write “TECHETC REGISTRATION” in the subject line of the e-mail.

However, one can also avail of offline registration on the college campus from 10th March onwards.

4. Besides the registration fee, a separate entry fee is to be paid for the events, as mentioned below. The entry fee structure is given below:
